HEALTHY BEGINNINGS PAYMENT POLICY 

Insurance coverage for medical nutrition therapy is dependent upon the insurance company as well as your insurance plan. Because it is not 100% guaranteed that insurance will reimburse for nutrition services, payment is expected when services are rendered. We accept cash and check, payable to Healthy Beginnings, at the time of your appointment. For your convenience, we also offer payment by credit card prior to your appointment. Please note that a $5 service fee will be added when using the online Paypal option. You will be provided with an invoice that includes insurance coding needed for reimbursement at the end of your appointment. It is your responsibility to submit everything to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
